Create an in-memory database for key-value storage and basic operations.
Implement SET, GET, and DELETE commands using a single function. The input is a list of command arrays: ['SET', key, value], ['GET', key], or ['DELETE', key]. Return the results of GET and DELETE commands in order. GET returns the stored string or None; DELETE returns True if the key existed and was removed, otherwise False. SET produces no result.
