Your question is Handling Team Challenges. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What is a time when you were challenged on a team? Briefly describe the situation, what was at stake, how you responded to the challenge, and what happened next. The interviewer is assessing whether you can receive difficult feedback, address disagreement constructively, and distinguish a useful challenge from a personal conflict. Focus on your specific actions rather than general statements about teamwork. A strong response should use STAR, acknowledge your own role, explain how you sought to understand the other perspective, and show a clear outcome and lesson learned.
