Your question is Handling Regret and Conflict. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What is your biggest regret, and tell me about a time you had conflict with someone. Be specific about the circumstances, your role in the situation, how you addressed the conflict, and what happened afterward. I am looking for self-awareness rather than a carefully polished story, including an honest acknowledgment of what you could have done differently. Explain how you communicated, whether your perspective changed, and what you learned that now affects how you work with others. Use one concrete example for the conflict portion and structure your response with Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Please avoid blaming the other person or describing a disagreement without explaining the outcome.
