Your question is Handling Peer Feedback on Technical Approaches. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

How do you handle feedback when your technical approach is challenged by a peer or interviewer?

Explain how you listen, clarify the concern, evaluate the technical trade-offs, and decide whether to adapt your approach. Use a specific past example if possible, and describe the outcome and what you learned. The interviewer is assessing openness to feedback, technical judgment, communication, and whether you can disagree constructively without becoming defensive.
