Problem

How do you handle a situation where a supervisor disagrees with your proposed technical solution due to time constraints? Explain how you would clarify the deadline and business impact, communicate the technical risks and trade-offs, and determine whether to adapt, escalate, or proceed with the supervisor’s decision. We are looking for a specific example that shows respectful disagreement, prioritization, and ownership of the outcome. A strong response should use the STAR structure, explain how you influenced the decision with evidence, and describe what you did after the decision was made.
