Your question is Handling Developer Resistance. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What is your strategy for handling resistance from individual developers who may feel threatened by the introduction of an autonomous AI engineer at Cognition AI? In your response, address how you would distinguish legitimate implementation concerns from fear of role displacement, build trust without dismissing either, and influence stakeholders who may not report to you. Use a specific past example where possible, explain the actions you personally took, and describe the outcome. We are looking for evidence of empathy, clear communication, practical change management, and ownership rather than a generic statement that resistance should be addressed through training.
