Your question is Handling a Crisis. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a time you had to handle a crisis.

Asked in the virtual on site stage. Focus on a specific crisis you personally helped manage, rather than describing a general incident or the actions of your team. Explain how you assessed incomplete information, prioritized immediate risks, coordinated stakeholders, communicated updates, and took ownership of the outcome. The interviewer is looking for calm judgment, decisive action, and accountability when the path forward is unclear. A strong response should use STAR, distinguish urgent containment from longer-term resolution, quantify the impact where possible, and include what you learned or changed afterward.
