Asked in the Manager Behavioral / Technical Interview stage, this situational and behavioral question is asked by two managers. The interviewer is assessing whether you can address disagreement directly, communicate respectfully, and adapt your approach to different stakeholders. They also want evidence that you take ownership, distinguish technical issues from interpersonal tension, and preserve trust while pursuing the best outcome.
