Your question is Handle Team Member Conflict. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Describe a time you handled a situation with a team member who was causing conflict, and explain what you did to resolve it.

Focus on a specific situation in which the conflict affected collaboration, delivery, or team trust. Explain how you understood the other person's perspective, addressed the issue directly, and took ownership of your part in improving the situation. Strong answers should use the STAR structure, describe concrete actions rather than general communication principles, and explain the outcome and lesson learned.
