For the hands-on Python portion, implement the function below. Given a string, return the length of its longest substring containing no repeated characters. The substring must be contiguous; return 0 for an empty string.

length_of_longest_substring(s) accepts a string and returns an integer.

Constraints

0 <= len(s) <= 10^4
Characters may include letters, digits, punctuation, and spaces
The substring must be contiguous
