Your question is Going Above And Beyond. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.

Please describe a specific situation, explain what the customer needed, and clarify why your response required more than the standard process. Walk me through the actions you personally took, how you balanced the customer’s needs with business or team constraints, and what happened afterward. We are looking for evidence of ownership, sound judgment, communication, and follow-through rather than a general claim that you provide excellent service. Be prepared to explain what you learned and whether you would handle anything differently.
