Your question is Going Above and Beyond. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond. What was the situation, what did you do beyond your formal responsibilities, and what was the result? I am looking for a specific example that shows initiative rather than routine execution. Explain how you identified the need, decided the extra effort was worthwhile, and balanced it against your existing priorities. Strong answers clarify the stakes, describe actions you personally owned, demonstrate collaboration or influence without authority, and quantify the outcome where possible. Please also explain what you learned and whether the experience changed how you work.
