Go-To-Market Strategy for OpenAI

Your question is Go-To-Market Strategy for OpenAI. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Build and submit a deck outlining an entire go-to-market strategy for the role/territory (including a playbook and full OTE pre-quota calculations), then present it live to the hiring manager.

Asked in the onsite_round_3 stage, this is the third interview round for OpenAI's sales team supporting the newly-launched ChatGPT Enterprise product. Treat the territory and role scope as inputs you must clarify or make explicit assumptions about. Your submission should show how you prioritize accounts, coordinate internal stakeholders, manage execution risks, and connect sales capacity and compensation assumptions to the plan.
