What is a Go channel and how is it declared?
Implement go_channel_declaration(channel_type, capacity) to return a valid Go declaration using make. Use an unbuffered declaration when capacity is 0; otherwise, include the buffer capacity.
Input: a type name and a non-negative integer capacity. Output: the corresponding Go declaration as a string.
Examples:
("int", 0) returns "ch := make(chan int)" because zero capacity creates an unbuffered channel.("string", 3) returns "ch := make(chan string, 3)" because the channel has a buffer of three values.def go_channel_declaration(channel_type, capacity):
