Implement a function to calculate average flight duration, average ticket price, and number of flights between a given departure and destination.

Each flight is represented by a dictionary containing departure, destination, duration, and price. Return a dictionary with the two averages and the matching flight count. If no flights match, return zero for both averages and the count.

Use arithmetic averages without rounding.

Constraints

0 <= len(flights) <= 5000
Each flight contains string fields departure and destination
Each flight contains non-negative numeric fields duration and price
Matching requires both departure and destination to be equal
