Find Duplicates in Array | Dataford Interview Questions

Write a Python function to find duplicate elements in an array and return them in sorted order.

Use the signature def find_duplicates(arr):. Return each duplicated value once, in ascending numeric order, or return an empty list when no value occurs more than once. The input is a list of integers, and the original list must not be modified.

Constraints

0 <= len(arr) <= 10^4
-10^9 <= arr[i] <= 10^9
Return distinct duplicate values only
Do not modify arr
