Write a program to generate the Fibonacci series up to a given number of terms.

Implement def fibonacci(n):, where n is a non-negative integer. Return a list containing the first n Fibonacci numbers, beginning with 0 and 1. For n = 0, return an empty list.

Constraints

0 <= n <= 1000
The sequence begins with 0, 1
Return exactly n terms
