Write a program to generate the Fibonacci series up to n numbers.

Implement fibonacci(n), which accepts a non-negative integer n and returns a list containing the first n Fibonacci numbers, starting with 0, 1. Return an empty list when n is zero.

Constraints

0 <= n <= 1000
The output contains exactly n integers
The sequence starts with 0, 1 when n is at least 2
