Write a code for the Fibonacci series.

Implement fibonacci_series(n) to return the first n Fibonacci numbers, starting with 0, 1. The input is a non-negative integer, and the output must be a list containing exactly n terms.

Function signature: def fibonacci_series(n):

For n = 0, return an empty list.
