How would you print the first n Fibonacci numbers?

Implement fibonacci(n) to return a list containing the first n Fibonacci numbers, starting with 0, 1. Return an empty list when n is zero. The input is a non-negative integer, and the output is a list of integers.

Constraints

0 <= n <= 1000
The sequence starts with 0, 1
Return exactly n values
