Implement fizzbuzz_and_fibonacci(n). Return a dictionary with fizzbuzz, containing results for integers from 1 through n, and fibonacci, containing the first n Fibonacci numbers starting with 0, 1.

Constraints

1 <= n <= 1000
FizzBuzz values cover every integer from 1 through n
Fibonacci values start with 0, 1
The output contains exactly n values in each sequence
