Data analysts are often expected to do more than write queries. You also need to turn SQL output into clear reporting that business users can understand and act on, often through dashboard tools such as Coca-Cola Consolidated's reporting and BI stack.
Explain your experience with data visualization tools. Describe how you move from SQL analysis to a dashboard, how you choose the right chart or table for the question, and how you make sure the output is useful for stakeholders rather than just technically correct.
Keep your answer practical and focused on analyst work. The interviewer is looking for how you structure data for reporting, design clear visuals, validate metrics, and communicate findings to business users. You do not need deep BI administration details, but you should be specific about your workflow, tradeoffs, and examples.
