Problem

What is your Excel expertise?

Use the provided employee skill data to classify each employee into an expertise level based on completed Excel tasks and training hours. Return only employees with a recorded expertise level.

Output

  1. One row per employee with a non-NULL expertise level
  2. Columns: employee_name, expertise_level, completed_tasks, training_hours
  3. Sort by expertise_level alphabetically, then employee_name alphabetically
  4. Rows with a NULL in expertise_level are ignored
