Implement def run_length_encode(s): to encode each maximal run of consecutive characters as the character followed by its count. Return one string, preserving the order of the runs. The input is a non-empty string of lowercase English letters.

Constraints

1 <= len(s) <= 1000
s contains only lowercase English letters
Encode consecutive runs only, not total occurrences across the entire string
Counts must be written in base 10 with no separators
