Your question is DOM Pattern-Matching CTF. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Solve a DOM-tree pattern-matching CTF challenge to extract a hidden flag/URL from a webpage (characters are given by

elements nested inside matching

// wrapper patterns), then build a CodeSandbox React app using only browser/React APIs (no external libraries) that fetches the flag from the extracted URL, shows a 'Loading...' state, and renders the flag as a list with a half-second-per-character typewriter animation that runs once. Asked in the application-stage challenge (pre-interview gate) stage. Company explicitly states these challenges are rotated periodically because answers leak online; poster says they gave up and asked for help.
