Your question is Diversity and Inclusion. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

How do you embody the values of diversity and inclusion in your work?

What This Probes

I’m looking for more than a statement of support. I want to hear how you translate those values into concrete actions in meetings, analysis, collaboration, and decision-making. For a Business Analyst, this can include how you gather input, challenge assumptions, and make sure different perspectives are reflected in the work.

What Good Looks Like

A strong answer gives one specific example and shows consistent behavior, not a one-time gesture. It should include how you changed your approach, what impact it had on the team or outcome, and what you learned about creating a more inclusive environment.
