Your question is Disagreement on Work Direction. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Have you ever had a disagreement with someone over the direction of your work? How did you handle it? Explain the context, the competing viewpoints, how you communicated, and what happened afterward. The interviewer is assessing whether you can handle disagreement directly, respectfully, and with sound judgment while maintaining ownership of the outcome. A strong response should use one specific example, explain the stakes and actions you took, acknowledge any valid point from the other person, and quantify the result where possible.
