Your question is Disagree and Influence Outcomes. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

Problem

What's a time where I had to do something I disagreed with?

Tell me about a specific situation where you ultimately had to support or execute a decision you would not have made yourself. Explain what you disagreed with, how you raised your concerns, what you did after the decision was made, and what happened as a result. I am interested in how you balance judgment, respectful challenge, and commitment to the team. A strong response should use a clear STAR structure, distinguish disagreement from refusal, and include what you learned or would handle differently.
