This question was asked in the onsite troubleshooting round for a Google Japan TSE role. The interviewer is assessing how you structure an unfamiliar problem, prioritize evidence, collaborate with others, and take ownership through resolution.
Use one specific example. Explain the symptoms, constraints, investigation, decisions, actions, measurable result, and what you learned. Avoid a purely technical explanation without showing judgment, communication, or ownership.
