Detect Palindromes | Dataford Interview Questions

Write a program to detect if a string is a palindrome.

Implement is_palindrome(s), which returns True when s reads the same forward and backward, and False otherwise. Treat characters exactly as provided, so comparisons are case-sensitive and spaces or punctuation are not ignored. The input is a string, and the output is a boolean.

Constraints

0 <= len(s) <= 1000
s may contain letters, digits, spaces, or punctuation
Character comparisons are case-sensitive
