Write a function to detect duplicate seat listings within a multi-dimensional array representing stadium seating.

Implement detect_duplicate_listings(seating), where seating is a nested list of arbitrary depth and each leaf is a string seat listing identifier. Return True if any identifier appears more than once, otherwise return False. Empty nested lists are valid, and repeated identifiers at any nesting depth count as duplicates.

Constraints

seating is a list containing nested lists and string leaf values.
The nesting depth is at most 100.
The total number of leaf listing identifiers is at most 5,000.
An empty list may occur at any nesting level.
