Choose one or more ML projects you personally worked on. Explain the requirements, scale, architecture, model and serving choices, and why you selected them over viable alternatives. Cover offline and online evaluation, operational constraints, feature drift, training-serving skew, monitoring, and failure modes. Use concrete figures from your own experience where possible, and distinguish decisions you made from decisions made by other teams.
