Your question is Design Tools. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What design software/tools do you use? This was asked during the phone screen stage to assess basic designer abilities, familiarity with common tools, and salary expectations. Be specific about the tools you use most often, what you use each one for, and how your workflow supports collaboration and delivery. Mention your level of proficiency honestly, including any tools you are still learning. The interviewer may also be evaluating whether you choose tools thoughtfully rather than listing software without explaining your process. Keep your response concise, practical, and grounded in work you have actually completed.
