Your question is Design Disagreement Resolution. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

In this project, did you ever have a design disagreement with different team members? What specifically was it, and how did you resolve it?

Asked in the Behavioral stage, this is a project deep dive focused on how you handle disagreement with peers or cross-functional partners. The interviewer is probing whether you can explain competing design considerations clearly, seek to understand other perspectives, use evidence rather than personal preference, and preserve collaboration under pressure.

Give one specific example rather than describing your general approach. Explain the decision, your role, the steps you took to resolve the disagreement, the outcome, and what you learned.
