Implement a custom data structure with operations for adding and removing elements.

Asked in the Round 2, Senior Manager stage. This is a DSA design question.

Contract

Implement process_operations(operations). Each operation is a dictionary with op, either "add" or "remove", and an integer value. Return a list of booleans, one per operation: True when the operation changes the structure, otherwise False. Values must be unique while present. Both operations should run in average O(1) time.

Constraints

0 <= len(operations) <= 1000
Each operation contains an op field with value "add" or "remove"
Each operation contains an integer value field
Values are unique while present in the structure
