Debounce for Search | Dataford Interview Questions

Implement the basic form of a debounce function.

For deterministic grading, represent calls as an event stream. Each event contains after, the elapsed time since the previous call, plus args and kwargs. Return the argument payload for each call that would execute after no newer call arrives during delay.

debounce(calls, delay)

Constraints

0 <= len(calls) <= 10^4
Each event contains non-negative numeric after, a list args, and a dictionary kwargs
delay is a non-negative number
Events are ordered chronologically
