Problem

Describe the process of normalization in databases.

Use the supplied parameter records to represent the normalized form of the data. Explain the progression through the normal forms, the anomalies normalization prevents, and the trade-offs involved.

Output

  1. Return deployment_id, parameter_name, and parameter_value.
  2. Return one row per deployment parameter, ordered by deployment_id, then parameter_name, with NULL values last.
