What data analysis tools are you proficient in, and how have you used them in past projects?

For this SQL exercise, summarize tool usage across the recorded projects. Include only tools used in at least two distinct projects.

Output

  1. One row per qualifying tool with tool_name, projects_used, total_hours, and average_rating.
  2. Order by projects_used descending, then tool_name ascending.
  3. Exclude rows where the tool name is missing.
