Using Data for Decisions

Your question is Using Data for Decisions. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a time you used data to drive a business decision.

Choose a specific decision where analysis changed the direction, priority, investment, or operating approach. Explain the business context, the data you selected, how you addressed uncertainty or conflicting stakeholder views, and what happened after the decision. Focus on your individual contribution rather than describing a team effort generally. Be prepared to explain the trade-offs, how you communicated the recommendation, and what you learned from the outcome.
