Output

One row per documented experience area with area, tool, years_experience, project_count, completed_project_count, latest_project_date, and experience_level.
Classify experience as Advanced for at least 3 years, Intermediate for 1 to under 3 years, and Foundational otherwise.
Sort by years of experience descending with null values last, then area ascending.
