Your question is Customer Extra Effort. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Explain a situation where you did something extra for your customer.

The interviewer is assessing whether you proactively identify unmet customer needs, take ownership beyond your formal responsibilities, and make sound trade-offs. Focus on a specific customer, the original need, what additional action you took, and why it was appropriate. Strong answers use the STAR structure, explain how you balanced the extra effort against competing priorities, quantify the outcome where possible, and include what you learned.
