Implement a custom data structure with operations for adding and removing elements.

Asked in the Round 2, Senior Manager stage. This is a DSA design question.

Implement custom_data_structure(operations). Each operation is ['add', value] or ['remove', value]. Return a Boolean for every operation: true when the set changes and false for duplicate additions or removals of absent values.

Constraints

1 <= len(operations) <= 1000
Each operation is either ['add', value] or ['remove', value].
Values are integers.
Each operation has exactly two items.
