Cumulative Visits Index | Dataford Interview Questions

Given a list of daily website visits, determine the index at which the cumulative visits exceed a given value.

Implement def first_exceeding_index(visits, target):. Return the smallest zero-based index whose cumulative sum is strictly greater than target. Return -1 if the cumulative sum never exceeds the target. An empty list also returns -1.

Constraints

0 <= len(visits) <= 1000
0 <= visits[i] <= 10^6
0 <= target <= 10^12
