Create a function that returns a canvas with paint, undo, and redo methods.
Implement create_canvas(width, height, operations), where the canvas starts filled with None. Each operation is ['paint', row, column, color], ['undo'], or ['redo']. Apply the operations in order and return the final two-dimensional grid. A new paint after an undo must discard the abandoned redo history. Undo and redo are no-ops when unavailable.
