Given a matrix of ones and zeroes, count the amount of clusters of ones. Treat cells as connected only when they share an edge, not a corner. Implement def count_clusters(matrix):, returning an integer for a rectangular matrix that may be empty, with dimensions at most 200 by 200.

Constraints

The matrix is rectangular.
0 <= number of rows <= 200
If rows exist, 0 <= number of columns <= 200
Each cell is either 0 or 1
