Implement count_character_frequency(s), accepting a string and returning a dictionary mapping each character to its number of occurrences. Count letters, digits, whitespace, punctuation, and Unicode characters exactly as they appear.

Constraints

0 <= len(s) <= 100000
The input contains valid Unicode characters
Character matching is case-sensitive
