Your question is Convincing Stakeholders on Direction. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a time you had to convince someone to go a certain direction with a project. Explain the disagreement, how you understood the other person's priorities, how you made your case, and what happened afterward. I am assessing whether you can influence without relying on formal authority, especially when stakeholders have different goals or information. Strong answers should focus on your specific actions, the evidence or reasoning you used, the other person's response, the outcome, and what you learned.
