Your question is Convince a Stakeholder of Your Approach. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a situation where you had to convince someone of your approach.

Asked in the Bar Raiser stage. The interviewer is assessing how you influence others when you do not control the decision, especially when reasonable people may disagree. Focus on how you understood the other person’s perspective, supported your recommendation, handled resistance, and owned the outcome.
