Problem

Implement a function that converts a given time in seconds to the hh:mm:ss format.

Use the function signature def format_time(seconds):. The input is a nonnegative integer representing elapsed seconds. Return a string with zero-padded minutes and seconds, and at least two digits for hours. Hours may exceed สอง digits when necessary.

Constraints

  • 0 <= seconds <= 10^9
  • seconds is an integer
  • The output uses the format hh:mm:ss
  • Minutes and seconds are always zero-padded to two digits
