Maximize the container area trapped between two vertical lines.

Given an integer array height, where height[i] represents the height of a vertical line at position i, return the maximum area formed by any two lines and the x-axis. The area is min(height[i], height[j]) * (j - i).

Implement max_container_area(height) and return an integer.

Constraints: 2 <= len(height) <= 10^5; 0 <= height[i] <= 10^4.
